Run the reference preset first. Then change just one setting and compare the curves.

How to explore
  1. Choose the reference preset and press Start. Use Pause or a faster playback speed when useful.
  2. Change one setting, then press Restart or Reset and run another shot. The previous yield curve stays visible for comparison.
  3. Watch the stream, the time to 36g and the forecast. You can also change settings during a shot to see the remaining forecast respond.

1. Choose your settings

Adjust the three settings below, or choose a preset. Change one setting at a time to compare the effect.

Try a preset:
Fine-tune grind, temperature and pressure
5.0 (standard)
1.0 Fine · high resistance 5.0 Standard 10.0 Coarse · low resistance
The reference setting uses about 4.2 seconds of pre-infusion before flow builds. Watch how the modeled stream and crema change.
93°C (reference)
86°C Lower 92–94°C Reference 98°C Higher
93°C is the reference temperature. Move this slider to see the model’s changes in flow and flavor emphasis.
9.0 bar (reference)
4.0 bar Lower 9.0 bar Reference 12.0 bar Higher
9 bar is the reference pressure. Compare it with the lower- and higher-pressure settings.

Projected completion in 27.8s for 36.0 g. These reference settings illustrate a steady stream and a stronger sweetness indication.

How the model works

Built from a Gemini-assisted prototype, with subsequent boundary-condition fixes, bilingual interface work and interaction checks.

Switching language keeps the current recipe and starts a fresh simulation.
